По-минимуму — рис и овощ. Один ;)
А обычно делается
разнообразнее
(http://www.google.com/search?rls=en&q=obento&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8): рис (куда же без него!), свежие и маринованные овощи, какая-нибудь рыба, варёное яйцо и т.п.
